本书在编写过程中参阅和引用了相关学者研究论著和资料,以素质冰山模型理论为指导,主要从内隐职业素养和外显职业素养两个部分来进行编写。本书分为职业素养概述、职业理想信念素养、职业道德人格素养、职业基本意识素养、职业关键能力素养、外显职业素养等六个模块的学习内容,紧密结合职业院校学生的专业特点和未来职业方向,帮助学生了解职业要求和行业规范,使他们能够明确自己的职业目标,制定合理的职业发展路径,引导学生不断提高职业素养,积极融入社会,促进职业化成长。
